1. Authorized access

Nessara Office is not a public customer account service. Access is limited to people authorized by Nessara Construction. An authorized user must protect sign-in credentials, must not share access with an unauthorized person, and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Application purpose

Office helps organize contacts, jobs, documents, photos, estimates, internal contract and invoice drafts, follow-up status, subcontractor assignments, and related operational records. It can issue supported estimate links and send configured email when the required delivery connection and safety checks are active.

The application supports administrative work. It does not replace the user’s responsibility to confirm customer information, measurements, pricing, scope, schedules, recipients, or final business records before relying on them.

3. Google connection

An authorized Office owner may connect the single Google account configured for the application. Google, not Nessara Office, handles the Google password and consent screen. The connection requests only Gmail sending, Gmail metadata, and owned-Calendar event permissions described on the Office overview.

The user must connect only an account they are authorized to use. The Google connection may send project email, examine metadata needed to correlate replies, and create or maintain Office assignment events. The account owner can revoke access through Google and can contact Nessara Construction to request removal of the locally stored token.

4. Current product boundaries

Nessara Office currently does not provide contract e-signatures, customer payment links or payment processing, accounting-platform synchronization, or SMS. Contract and invoice PDF features create administrative drafts for owner review; they do not send, sign, collect, settle, or reconcile those records.

No Office screen, draft, status label, or generated file by itself creates a signed construction agreement, proves that a payment occurred, or replaces the final record maintained through the applicable outside process.

5. Review and business records

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing imported documents, extracted measurements, generated drafts, email recipients and content, follow-up settings, and Calendar assignment details. Where Office presents source evidence or a review step, the user must resolve warnings and confirm the result before applying it.

Google or another provider may accept an action before a network error is returned. Office may stop automatic retry and require manual review to avoid a duplicate email, event, invitation, or cancellation. The user must reconcile any item marked blocked, uncertain, or requiring review.

6. Availability and changes to service

The application depends on network access and third-party services, including Google when connected. Features may be paused for maintenance, security, provider changes, or error review. Nessara Construction may change the application as its operating workflow develops.

7. Ending access

Nessara Construction may suspend or end Office access when a user is no longer authorized or when needed to protect the application or its records. Google authorization can be revoked independently. Ending access does not automatically delete business records, sent messages, Calendar events, or data that must be retained for operational or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Changes and contact

The date above identifies the current version of these terms. Continued use after updated terms are presented constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
